RESOLUTION NO. 73 -1964
A RESOLUTION TO CORRECT THE ERRORS IN DESCRIPTIONS IN
APPENDIX D -11 OF THE CITY CODE OF THE CITY OF FRIDLEY
WHEREAS, the office of the City Engineer has recently discovered that
an error exists in the third and fourth paragraphs of the City Code, Appendix
D -11, in that where the distance of 675 feet is employed the correct and true
distance is 600 feet, and '
WHEREAS, said error is demonstrated by the fact that the zoning map
prepared and maintained by the zoning administrator employes the correct
distances involved, and the written distances should be now modified and
corrected to correspond with the intention and with the zoning map.
NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, By the Council of the City of Fridley,
Minnesota:
1. That Appendix D -11 of the Fridley City Code in the third and
fourth paragraphs thereof be amended and corrected by replacing
the distance of 600 feet in lieu of the specified distance of 675 feet.
