RESOLUTION NO. 75 -1964
RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR AND MANAGER TO EXECUTE.
A QUIT CLAIM DEED IN BEHALF OF THE CITY OF FRIDLEY TO
CORRECT ERROR IN THE TITLE OF LOT 3, AUDITOR'S SUBDIVISION
NO. 153, ANOKA COUNTY, MINNESOTA
WHEREAS, W. J. Shields and his wife have previously granted without
charge a utility easement over portions of Lot 3 and Lot 6, Auditor's
Subdivision No. 153, and
WHEREAS, it_ appears that the legal description on said easement
as drawn is ambiguous and may be construed to include more than the
utility easement granted or needed,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of
Fridley that the Mayor and City Manager be authorized and directed to
convey by a Quit Claim Deed a release of such portions of Lot 3, Auditor's
Subdivision No. 153, Anoka County, Minnesota as may be outside of the utility
easement right of way.
