RESOLUTION NO. 76 -1964
A RESOLUTION ORDERING PRELIMINARY REPORTS ON IMPROVEMENT
TO BE AN ADDENDUM TO PROJECTS SW #67 AND Ss #68
WHEREAS, it is proposed to improve the property with the City of
Fridley within the area bounded by Highway No. 65, Osborne Road, Old
' Central Avenue and Fireside Drive by the installation of water, sanitary
sewer and storm sewer, and to assess the abutting property for all or a
portion of the cost of the improvement, pursuant to MSA Sections 429.011
to 429.111.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of
Fridley, Minnesota that the proposed improvement be referred to Comstock
and Davis, Inc. the consulting engineers of the City of Fridley, for a
study and that they be instructed to report to the Council with all
convenient speed advising the Council in a preliminary way as to whether
the proposed improvement is feasible and as to whether it should and
SS 968 or in connection with some other improvement, and the estimated
cost of the improvement as recommended.
