A RESOLUTION ABATING THE 1961 STREET ASSESSMENT ON LOTS 2 AND 3,
NORTH 100 FEET OF SOUTH 259 FEET OF NORTH 1,507.5 FEET OF El, OF
W' OF E, OF SW4, SECTION 14- 30 -24, BEING PART OF LOTS 2 AND 3,
EXCEPT EAST 165.6 FEET PLATTED AS SANDY TERRACE, AUDITOR'S
SUBDIVISION NO. 59
WHEREAS, a street assessment in the amount of $92.88 was placed on
Lots 2 and 3, North 100 feet of South 259 feet of North 1,507.5 feet of E'
of W' of E� of SW4, Section 14- 30 -24, being part of Lots 2 and 3. Except
E. 165.6 feet platted as Sandy Terrace, Auditor's Subdivision No. 59, in
October, 1962, and
WHEREAS, the land that this street assessment was placed against had
previously been dedicated as a street right -of -way.
NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, that the assessment in the amount of
$92.88 placed on the above property, and any payments made thereon, are
hereby abated.
ADOPTED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF FRIDLEY THIS 20TH
DAY OF APRIL, 1964.
