A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING AND DIRECTING THE SPLITTING�OF SPECIAL
ASSESSMENTS ON PARCEL 240, W. 25' OF LOT 4 AND ALL OF LOT 6,
BLOCK 1, SPRING VALLEY ADDITION

WHEREAS, certain special assessments have been levied with respect to
certain land and said land has subsequently been subdivided,
NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, as follows:
That the assessment levied against the following described parcels,
to -wit: W. 25' of Lot 4 and all of Lot 6, Block 1, Spring Valley Addition,
(Parcel 240), may and shall be apportioned and divided as follows:
