A RESOLUTION DELETING SPECIAL ASSESSMENTS FROM PARCEL 3000 - E, 46 ACRES
OF A of NW4, (EX. PT. TO BROOK) (EX. PT. FOR HIGHWAY) (EX. ONE ACRE TO
NAGEL) (EX. PT. TO SORENSON) (EX. PT. FOR STREET) (EX. PT. TO FRIDLEY
TERRACE), SECTION 12, AND REPOSTING SPECIAL ASSESSMENTS TO PARCEL 3030,
THAT PT. OF THE E. 46 ACRES OF THE Wi OF NW-1, OF SECTION 12- 30 -24, LYING
W. OF STATE HWY. NO. 65, AND S. OF A LINE WHICH IS 785.13 FEET S. OF
AND PARALLEL TO N. LINE OF SAID SECTION 12, AS MEASURED ALONG W. LINE
OF E. 46 ACRES (SUBJ. TO EASE. OVER S'LY 30 FEET FOR ROAD PURPOSES)
WHEREAS, by inadvertence in error, the special assessments levied and
adopted for That part of the E. 46 acres of the Wk of NW4 of Section 12 -30 -24
lying W. of State Hwy. No. 65 and S. of a line which is 785.13 feet S. of
and parallel to N. line of said Section 12, as measured along W. line of
E. 46 acres. (Subj. to ease. over S'ly 30 feet for road purposes), also now
known as Parcel 3030, were posted to the E. 46 acres of W2 of NW,',, (Ex.
part to Brook) (Ex. part of Highway) (Ex. one acre to Nagel) (Ex. part to
Sorenson) (Ex, part for street) (Ex. part to Fridley Terrace), now known
as Parcel 3000, for the 1962 payment due in 1963, and
WHEREAS, it is the desire of the City Council to abate the special
assessments on Parcel 3000, E. 46 acres of W� of NW4 (Ex. part to Brook)
(Ex. part of Highway) (Ex. one acre to Nagel) (Ex. part to Sorenson) (Ex.
part for street) (Ex. part to Fridley Terrace), and to repost them to
Parcel 3030.
NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, that the 1962 payment of special assess -
ments due in 1963, in the amount of:
