RESOLUTION NO. 83 -1964
RESOLUTION APPROVING ALIGNMENT - ANOKA (SAH 02- 602 -02)
WHEREAS, plans for State Aid Project No. 02- 602 -02 showing proposed
alignment, profiles, grades and cross sections for the improvement of
County State Aid Highway No. 2 within the limits of. the City as a State
Air Project have been prepared and presented to the City:
NOW, THEREFORE, IT IS RESOLVED: That said plans, be in all
,
things approved.
It is understood that arrangements for connecting water and sewer
services to vacant properties will be made by the City of Fridley with
the appropriate authority as no breaks will be allowed to be made in
the street for that purpose for a period of at leas five (5) years.
PASSED AND ADOPTED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
FRIDLEY THIS 4TH DAY OF MAY, 1964.
