RES 1964-92 - 00011687125 RESOLUTION NO. 92 -1964 RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING EXECUTION OF COOPERATIVE AGREEMENT 53495 RE: S. P. 0205 -12 (T.H. 47) BE IT RESOLVED, that the City of Fridley enter into an agreement with the State of Minnesota, Department of Highways for the following purposes, to -wit: To provide for payment by.the =State tothe_City for a portion of the costs of construction by the City of a storm sewer upon and along University Avenue Northeast (Trunk Highway 47) which will provide drainage for Trunk Highway 47 (Agreement No. 53495) , BE_IT_FURTHER RESOLVED,.that the Mayor and City Manager be and they are hereby authorized to execute such agreement. Biunsell 12 8 RESOLUTION NO. 94-1964 (Continued) CITY OF FRIDLEY ANOKA COUNTY, MINNESOTA NOTICE OF HEARING OF SUPPLEMENTARY ASSESSMENT FOR STORM AND SANITARY SEWER IMPROVEMENT PROJECT NO. 24 Notice.is hereby given-that the Council of the City of-Fridley will meet at the City Hall in said City on the 2nd day of June, 1964, at 8:00 P.M. to hear and pass upon all objections, if any, to the proposed assessments in respect to the following improvement-to-wit: STORM AND SANITARY SEWER IMPROVEMENT PROJECT NO. 24 The proposed supplementary assessment roll #1 for each of said improvements is now on file and open to public inspection by all persons interested, in the office of the Clerk of said City, At said hearing, the Council will ponsider written or oral objections to the proposed assessments for each of said improvements. The general nature of the improvements and each of them is the construction of Storm Sewer Mains and Connecting Lines, Sanitary Sewer Mains and Connect- ing Lines in the lands and streets designated in manner as follows: All those streets or lands lying within the City of Fridley and located north of Rice Creek, East of the Northern Pacific Railroad right of way, South -of the North City limits and west of the East City limits. The area proposed to be assessed by supplementary assessment roll #1 for said improvements and each of them is all that land benefited by said improvements or each of them and lying within the area bounded by the following lines: Described as follows: All that land lying within the plat of Holiday Hills Said improvements will be assessed against the properties within the above noted areas in whole or in part proportionately to each of the lands there- in contained according to the benefits received.
