RESOLUTION NO. 95 -1964
A RESOLUTION DIRECTING PREPARATION OF ASSESSMENT ROLL
FOR.1962 -1, 1962 -2A AND 1962 -2B STREET IMPROVEMENT
BE IT.,RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL- OF:THE.CITY OF FRIDLEY, ANOKA
COUNTY, MINNESOTA, AS FOLLOWS:
1. It is hereby determined that the assessable cost of construction
with respect to the following named improvement to -wit:
STREET IMPROVEMENT PROJECT NO. 1962 -1, 1962 -2A AND 1962 -2B
including all incidental expenses thereto is estimated at $190,440.21
2. The City Manager with the assistance of the Clerk shall forthwith
calculate the proper amounts to be specially assessed for said
improvement against every assessable lot, piece or. parcel of land
benefited by said improvement according to law.
ADOPTED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF FRIDLEY THIS
