RESOLUTION NO. 98 -1964
A RESOLUTION DIRECTING PUBLICATION OF HEARING ON PROPOSED
ASSESSMENT ROLL FOR SEWER AND WATER IMPROVEMENT PROJECT NO. 63
WHEREAS, By a resolution passed by'the`Clty Council on May 18, 1964,
the City Clerk was directed to prepare a proposed assessment of the cost
of Sewer and Water Improvement Project No. 63, and
WHEREAS, the City Clerk has notified the City Council that such proposed
assessment roll has'been completed and filed in his office for public inspection,
NOW,-THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, By the City Council of the City of Fridley,

Anoka County, Minnesota, as follows:
1. The City Council shall meet at the City Hall in the City
of Fridley- Anoka-County, Minnesota, on the 15th day
of June, 1964, at 8:00 o'clock P.M. to pass upon the
proposed assessment for the following named improvement'.

2. The City Manager shall publish notices of the time and
place of meeting in the official newspaper of the City
at least two (2) weeks prior to such meeting.

NOTICE OF HEARING OF ASSESSMENT - SEWER AND WATER
IMPROVEMENT PROJECT NO. 63
Notice is hereby given that the Council of the City of Fridley will meet
at the City Hall in said City on the 15th day of June, 1964, at 8:00 P.M.
to hear and pass upon all objections, if any, to the proposed assessments
in respect to the following improvement to -wit:
SEWER AND WATER IMPROVEMENT PROJECT NO. 63' '
The proposed assessment roll for each of said improvements is now on file
and open to public inspection by -all persons interestedo in'the office of
the Clerk of said City.
At said hearing, the Council will consider written or oral objections to
the proposed assessments for each of said improvements.
The general nature of the improvements and each of them is the construction
of sanitary sewer mains and connecting lines and water mains and connection
lines in the lands and streets designated in manner as follows:
1. East River Road Highway #100 to 59'k Way N. -E.
The area proposed to-b8 assessed for said improvements and each of them is
all that land benefited by said improvements or each of them and lying
within the general area of the above named streets.
Said improvements will be assessed against the properties within the above
noted areas in whole or in part proportionately to each of the lands therein
contained according to the benefits received. The total cost of the improve-
ment is estimated at $24,623.68.
