Ztospeatlal.lq st&Attods Jaddo Sward secretary to the Camminiou • MEMO TO: Earl P. Wagner, City Manager FM: Marvin C. Brunsell, Finance Director May 6, 1965 SOBJECT: Account Receivable • $52,100.00 from the City of Columbia Heights Some years ago the City of Fridley installed a storm sever outfall line along Highway No. 100 from University Avenue to the Mississippi River. It was apparently the understanding of the Fridley City Officials that the City of Columbia Heights would participate in the cost of this storm sewer line. To date, no payment or reimbursement has been received from the City of Columbia Heights. The City of Fridley has been carrying on its books an account receivable in the amount of $52,100.00 from the City of Columbia Heights as Columbia Heights share of the storm sewer line. Apparently the City of Columbia Heights has no intention of paying this and is not carrying this item as an account payable on their records. I would like authority to write off this account receivable. 63 ' -1 } SI r t,, 1 i'Y ` { i , 'fi t r' 4 , b 5 . . t', 1 #' i 41i y 4 !. _ J 1 E # I1 7 Z I t i" i i 7 t ,4: I . i0i * ." } ;11 .w , ' u r S. 5 4 e 1 w A! r * n t 4 "1 5 k 3` `t. } 2 girl k t .. t i r' a 1* i!
