Acting Chairman Kirkham again pointed out that there was not a quorum present-, but that the Board Members present would individually give an opinion about the proposed Building Permit. The City Manager advised that Mr. Kravik had advised him that he saw no objection to moving the house to the proposed location as requested by Mr. Johnson. Mr. Tonco advised that he had looked at the house and that it appeared satisfactory to him and that if the Board were voting upon this matter, he would vote to recommend to the Council that the Building Permit be granted.
