05/11/1965 - 00022156� � iy� SPECZAL COiINCIL MEETING OF THE CITY OF FRIDLEY - MAY 10 1965 ROLL CALL• Members Present; Councilman Jack Kirkham, John Wright, William Nee, Mayor, Ray Sheridan Glen Thompson absent but waived notice TEMPORARY TRAILER HOME PERMITS: Temporary Trailer Home Permits were granted to Leon Madsen, Robert Wienert and Irving Anderson. The motion to approve was by .Tohn Wright Seconded by Sack Kirkham Waiver of nor�nal fee for the permit, the approval was upon the condoction of the acceptance by the Inspection Department for connections to City Sewer and Water utilities A motion by Jack Kirkham, seconded by 7ohn Wright to approve the Rebuilding Permit for the Erzdley LumUer Company pro�ect to be rebuilt as original. Motion carried Council reviewed the permit request for reconstruction and repair by Art Christensen. This item was tabled until May 11th The Council also reviewed the permit in behalf of Graves Interxors and tabled action on Lhis until May 11th REMOVAL OF DEBRIS: There was a discussion about the removal of debris from all areas within the City at public expense. ANDEFSON: The City Manager stated that he had received a request from Kenneth P Andason for a permit to locate and occupy a trailer house at 601 - 67th Avenue N.E while repairs are being made on his home. Motion by Ldright to grant the request of Kenneth F Anderson for a permit io occupy a trailer house on his property at 601 - 67th Avenue Northeast while ��6 repairs are Ueing made to��.s hc�me with the stipulation that sewer and water connecY'ions be provided to the trailer house in accordance with the require- ments of the Plumbing Inspector. Upon a voice vote, there being no nays, the motion carried unanimously. FRIDLEY AUTO BODY - 5755 UNTVERSITY AVENUE NORTHEAST - BUILDING PERMIT APPLICATION: To rebuild the Fridley Auto Body to former condition. � Motion by Kirkham, seconded by Thompson to grant.
