RESOLUTION DESIGNATINr DIRECTOR AND ALTERNATE DIRECTOR
TO SUBURBAN RATE AUTHORITY
BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Fridley,
as follows:
Raymond E. Sheridan is hereby designated as a director of the
Suburban Rate Authority, and Jack 0, Kirkham is hereby designated to
serve as alternate director of the Suburban Rate Authority for the
year 1965 and until their successors are appointed.
PASSED AND ADOPTED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF FRIDLEY
