A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING AND DIRECTING THE COMBINING OF
SPECIAL ASSFS34MTS ON LOTS 12 AND 13, BLOCK 6, CITY VIEW
WHEREAS, certain special assessments have been levied with rea-
pact to certain land and said land has subsequently been combined.
NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, as follows:
That the assessment levied against the following described par-
cels, to -wit: Lots 12 and 13, Block 6, City View, may and shall bo
combined as follows:
