A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING AND DIRECTING THE COMBINING OF SPECIAL
ASSESSMENTS ON S. 6' of LOT 4, BLOCK 1, LOT 5, BLACK 11 LOT 61
BLOCK 1, LOT 7, BLACK 11 LOT 8, BLOCK 1, LOT 9, BLOCK 11 LOT 10
(E%. S. 24'), BLOCK 12 INCLUDING j OF VACATED ALLEY ON ALL LOTS,
HAMILTON'S ADDITION TO MECHANICSVILLE
WHEREAS, certain special assessments have been levied with res-
pect to certain land and said land has subsequently been combined.
NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, as follows:
That the assessment levied against the following described par-
cels, to -wit: S. 6' of Lot 4, Lots 5, 6, 7, 8, 9 and Lot 10 (Ex. S.
241) including I of vacated alley, Block 1, Hamilton's Addition to
Mechanicsville, may and shall be combined as follows:
