A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING AND DIRECTING THE SPLITTING OF
SPECIAL ASSESSMENTS ON LOT 6 (Ex. W. 5' FOR STREET & UTI-
LITY PURPOSES), BLOCK 1, VAN CLEAVE'S ADDITION
WHEREAS, certain special assessments have been levied with res-
pect to certain land and said land has subsequently been subdivided.
NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, as follows:
