RESOLUTION NO. 113 -1965
A RESOLUTION ORDMING "MIMrNARY PLANS, SPECIFICATIONS AIM
ESTIMATES OF THE COSTS THEREOF FOR SANITARY SEWER PROJECT NO. 76
BE IT RESOLVED, by the Council of the City of Fridley, as follows:
1. That it appears in the interest of the City and of the proper-
ty owners affected that there be constructed certain improve-
ments, and modifications to the existing sanitary seiner lines
and service connections, to -wit:
a) Sanitary Sewer and Service Connections to serve all
of Sylvan Hills Plat.
2. That Comstock and Davis, Inc., Consulting Engineers are here-
by authorized and directed to draw preliminary plans and spe-
cifications and to tabulate the results of their estimates
of the costs of said improvements, including every item of
cost from inception to completion and all fees and expenses
incurred (or to be incurred) in connection therewith, or the
financing thereof, and to make a preliminary report of their
findings, stating therein whether said improvements are
feasible and whether they can best be made as proposed, or
in connection with some other improvements (and the estimated
cost as recommended), including also a description of the
lands or area as may receive benefits therefrom.
ADOPTED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF FRIDLEY, THIS 6TH
