A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING AND DIRECTING THE SPLITTING OF SPECIAL
ASSESSMENTS ON PARCELS 2100 & 2120, LOT 172 AUDITOR'S SUB. #77
WHEREAS, certain special assessments have been levied with respect to
certain land and said land has subsequently been subsequently been
subdivided.
NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, as follows:
That the assessment levied against the following described parcels,
to -wit: Parcels 2100 & 2120, Lot 17, Auditorts Sub. #77, may and
shall be apportioned and divided as follows:
