RESOLUTION N0. 129 -1965
RESOLUTION DIRECTING PREPARATION OF ASSESSMENT ROLL FOR
SANITARY-SEWER, WATER AND STORM SEWER IMPROVEMENT PROJECT NO. 67
BE IT RESOLVED, by the City Council of the City of Fridley, Anoka
County, Minnesota, as follows:
1. It is hereby determined that the assessible cost of
construction with respect to the foll®wing named
improvement to-wit-
SANITARY SEWER, WATER AND STORM SEWER IMPP.OV94ENT
PROJECT NO.67 including all incidental expenses thereto
is estimated at $188,000.00
2. The City Manager with the assistance of the City Clerk
shall forthwith calculate the proper amounts to be
specially assessed for said improvement against every
assessible lot, piece or parcel of land benefited by
said improvement according to law.
ADOPTED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY CP FRIDLEY THIS 2ND DAY
OF AUGUST, 19650
