RES 1965-130 - 00011424RESOLUTION NO. 130 -1965 A RESOLUTION DIRECTING PUBLICATION OF HEN2ING ON PROPOSED A39ES34ENT ROLL FOR SANITARY SEWER, WATER, AND STORM SEWER IMPROVEMENT PROJECT N0. 67 WHEREAS, by a resolution passed by the council on August 2, 1965, the City Clerk was directed to prepare a proposed assessment of the cost of Sanitary Sewer, Water and Storm Sewer. WHEREAS, the Clerk has notified the Council that such proposed assessment roll has been completed and filed in his office for public inspection. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF FROM, ANOKA COUNTY, MINNESOTA, AS FOLLOWS: 1. The City Council shall meet at the City Hall in the City of Fridley, Anoka County, Minnesota, on the 23rd day of August, 1965, at 8:00 otclock P.M. to pass upon the proposed assessment for Sanitary Sewer, Water and Storm Sewer Improvement Project No. 67. 2. The City Manager shall publish notices of the time and place of meeting in the official newspaper of the City, at least two (2) weeks prior to such meeting. Br— unsell t 9 om CITY OF FRIDIEY ANOKA COUNTY, MINNESOTA NOTICE OF HEARING OF ASSESSMENT SANITARY SEWER, WATER, AND STORM SEWER IMPROVEMENT PROJECT NO. 67 Notice is hereby given that the Council of the City of Fridley will meet at the City Hall in said City on the 23rd of August, 1965, at 8100 P.M. to hear and pass upon all objections, if any, to the proposed assessments in respect to the following improvement to -wit: SANITARY SEWER, WATER, AND STORM SEWER IMPROVEMENT PROJECT N0. 67 The proposed assessment roll for each of said improvements is now on file and open to public inspection by all persons interested, in the office of the Clerk of said City. At said hearing, the Council will consider written or oral objections to the proposed assessments for each of said improvements. The general nature of the improvements and each of them is the construction of sanitary sewer and storm sewer mains and connecting lines and water mains and connection lines in the lands and streets designated in manner as follows: A. Water Lateral and `Service Connections and Sanitary Sewer Lateral and Service Connections located in all of the streets and servinc all of-the area described as: 1) Fireside Drive from Central Avenue to Hayes Street - 2) Hayes Street from Fireside Drive to 75th Street 3) Dalberg Terrace - McKinley Street, Arthur Street, ete. 4 Riverwood Manor from 71st Way and Riverview Terrace 5) East Service Drive, East River Roade, Hillerest Addition 6) Property bounded on the north by Osborne Road, on the west by T.H. #65, and on the east by Central Avenue and on the south by Fireside Drive. B. Water Lateral and Service Connections located in the following street and serving all of the area described as: 1) Washington Ave N.E. Between 57th Ave. N.E., and 58th Ave. N.E. C. Sanitary Sewer and Service Connections located in the following street and serving all of the area described as: 1) Central Ave. - 330 feet south from 73rd Ave. N.E.(west side). D. Storm sewer and appurtenances in and serving the following lands- 1) Meloland Lakeview Plat 2) Gardena Meloland Gardena Plant 3) Moore Lama Hills, 2nd Plat 4) Property bounded on the north by Osborne Read, on the west by T.H. #65, and on the east by Central Avenue and on the south by Fireside Drive. The area proposed to be assessed for said improvements and each of them is all that land benefited by said improvements or each of them and abutting on or lying adjacent to the above named Street. Said improvements will be assessed against the properties within the above s, noted areas in whole or in part proportionately to each of the lands therein contained according to the benefits received.
