RES 1965-132 - 00011427172 t RESOLUTION N0. 132 -1965 A RESOLUTION DIRECTING PUBLICATION OF HEARING ON PROPOSED ASSESSMENT ROLL FOR STORM SEWER, WATER, AND SANITARY SEWER IMPROVEMENT PROJECT N0. 58. WHEREAS, by a resolution passed by the Council on August 2, 1965, the Oity Clerk was directed to prepare a proposed assessment of the cost of Storm Sewer, Water, and Sanitary Sewer Improvement Project No. 58. WHEREAS, the Clerk has notified the Council that such proposed assessment roll has been completed and filed in his office for public inspection. NOML, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE -CITY OF FRIDLEY, ANOKA COUNTY, MINNESOTA, AS FOLLOWS: 1. The City Council shall meet at the City Hall in the City of Fridley, Anoka County, Minnesota, an the 23rd day of August, 1965, at 8:00 P.M. to pass upon the proposed assessment for STORM SEWER, WATER, AND SANITARY SEWER IMPROVEMENT PROJECT NO. 58. t 2. The City Manager shall publish notices of the time and place of meeting in the official newspaper of the City, at least two (2) weeks prior to such meeting. CITY OF FRIMEY ANOKA COUNTY, MINNESJTA NOTICE OF HEARING OF ASSESSMENT STORM SEWER, WATER, AND SANITARY SEWER IMPROVE24ENT PROJECT N0. 58 (SUPPLEMENTAL HEARING) Notice is hereby given that the Council of the City of Fridley win meet at the City Hall in said City on the 23rd of August, 1965, at 8:00 P.M. to hear and pass upon all objections, if arty, to the proposed assessments in respect to the following improvement to -wit: STORM SEWER, WATER AND SANTITARY SEWER IMPROV34MT PROJECT N0. 58 The proposed assessment roll for each of said improvements is now on file and open to public inspection by all persons interested in the office of the Clerk of said City. At said hearing, the Council will consider written or oral objections to the proposed assessments for each of said improvements. The general nature of the improvements and each of them is the construction of sanitary sewer and storm sewer mains and connecting lines and water mains and connection lines in the lands and streets designated in wanner as follows: 1. Central Avenue from Woody Lane to Mississippi Street N.& The area proposed to be assessed for said improvements and each of them is all thstt land benefited by said improvements or each of them and abutting on or lying adjacent to the above named Street. Said improvements will be assessed against the properties within the above noted areas in whole or in part proportionately to each of the lands therein ' contained according to the benefits received.
