RESOLUTION NO. 133 -1965
RESOLUTION DIRECTING PREPARATION OF ASSESSMENT ROLL FOR WATER AND Sam
IMPROVEMENT PROJECT NO. 70
BE IT RESOLVED, by the City Council of the City of Fridley, Anoka
County, Minnesota, as follows:
1. It is hereby determined that the assessible cost of con-
struction vt th respect to the following names improvement
to -wi t.
WATER AND SEWER IMPROVEMENT PROJECT NO. 70 to including
all incidental ixpenses thereto is estimated at $35,000.00
2. The City Manager with the assistance of the City Clerk
shall forthwith calculate the proper amounts to be
specially assessed for said improvement against every
assessible lot, piece or parcel of land benefited by
said improvement according to law.
ADOPTED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF FRIDLEY THIS 2ND DAY
OF AUGUST, 1965•
