A RESOLUTION MAKING A TRANSFER OF FUNDS FROM THE DEBT SERVICE FUND
(OLD CITY HALL BOND FUND) TO THE CIVIC CENTER BOND FUND.
WHEREAS, the bonds issued for the Debt Service Fund (old! -city
hall) have been retired, and,
WHEREAS, there is a cash balance in the Debt Service Fund in
the amount of $2,274.81,

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, By the Council of the City of
Fridley, meeting at a regular session on the 16th day of August,
1965, that:
The current balance of $2,274.81 on hand in the Debt Service Fund
(old City Hall) be transfered to the Civic Center Bond Fund, for the
purpose of reducing the 1965 tax levy due in the year 1966, and that
any future collections of delinquent taxes for the Debt Service Fund
(old City Hall) be credited to the Civic Center Bond Fund.
