RESOLUTION NO. 146 -1965
A RESOLUTION MAKING A TRANSFER FROM THE PUBLIC UTILITY FUND TO IMPROVEMENT
BONDS OF 1960 FUND, IMPROVEMENT BONDS OF 1962 FUND, IMPROVEMENT BONDS OF
1963 FUND, WATERWORKS IMPROVEMENT BOND FUND, AND REFUNDING BOND FUND.
WHEREAS, tax levies or transfers are necessary to provide the required
amount of money in certain improvement bond fmds.
' NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, By the City Council of the City of Fridley,
meeting at a regular session on the 16th day of August 1965, as follows:
1. That a transfer from the Public Utility Operating Fund to the
Improvement Bonds of 1960 Fund in the amount of $5,490.00 be
authorized for the purpose of eliminating the tax levy for the year 1965,
collectible in the year 1966.
2. That a transfer from the Public Utility Operating Fund to the
Improvement Bonds of 1962 Fund in the amount of $800.00 be author-
ized for the purpose of eliminating the tax levy for the year 19652 collectible
in the year 1966.
3. That a transfer from the Public Utility Operating Fund to the
Improvement Bonds of 1963 Fund in the amount of $23,224.00 be author-
ized for the purpose of eliminating the tax levy for the year 1965, collectible in
the year 1966.
4. That a transfer from the Public Utility Operating Fund to the
Waterworks Improvement Bond Fund in the amount of $27,700.00 be
authorized for the purpose of eliminating the tax levy for the year 1965,
collectible in the year 1966.
5. That the transfer of the 1965 collections from the Service Connections
to the Refunding Bond Fund for the purpose of reducing the tax levy
for the year 1965, collectible in 1966 be authorized.
ADOPTED THIS 16TH DAY OF AUGUST, 1965, BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF FRIDLEY.
