RESOLUTION NO. 147 -1965
A RESOLUTION CERTIFYING CHARGES TO THE COUNTY AUDITOR TO BE LEVIED
AGAINST CERTAIN PROPERTIES FOR COLLECTION WITH THE TAXES PAYABLE
IN 1966
WHEREAS, a nuisance condition has been found to exist on Lot 11,
Block 22, Hyde Park Addition, and
NHEREAS, the owner of such property did not abate such nuisance and
the City of Fridley, under authority of Section 145.23 Minnesota State
Statute of 1953 did therefore abate the nuisance at a total cost of $100.00.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the City Clerk is hereby
authorized and directed to certify to the County Auditor for collection,
with the taxes payable in 1966, the charges as listed below:
Clean Up Premises $ 75.00
Extermination 25.00
$ 100.00
