RESOLUTION NO. 15 -1965
A RESOLUTION AMENDING RESOLUTION NO. 158 -1963 ENTITIFD: "ESTABLISHING
WORKING CONDITIONS, WAGES AND HOURS FOR EMPLOYEES EMPLOYED BY THE MUNICIPAL
LIQUOR SMI RE (OFF- SALE) ".
WHEREAS, the resolution adopted by the City Council on the 21st day
of October, 1963, and known as Resolution No. 158 -1963 concerning establishing
working conditions, wages and hours for employees employed by the Municipal
Liquor Store (Off - Sale), is in need of amendment and extension from the
termination date provided for presently in Article XIV of said resolution,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council that Resolution
No. 158 -1963 establishing working conditions, wages and hours for employees
employed by the Municipal Liquor Store (Off -Sale) be hereby amended as
follows, to -wit:

$2.01 /hour
This resolution shall be effective as of January 1, 1965, and
shall remain in full force and effect until December 31, 1965, and shall
remain in full force and effect from year to year thereafter unless written
notice is given by either party sixty (60) days prior to December 31, 1965,
or in any year thereafter.
