A RESOLUTION DELETING CERTAIN STREET NAMES FROM INNSBRUCK, 5TH ADDITION,
LOCATED IN THE S2 OF SECTION 242 TRACT 302 RANGE 24, ANOKA COUNTY, MINNESOTA
W EREAS, the streets named WINDEMERE CIRCLE WEST, WINDEMERE CIRCLE
EAST, WINDEMERE CIRCLE, BERNE CIRCLE WEST AND BERNE CIRCLE EAST, are
shown on the final plat of INNSBRUCK, 5TH ADDITION, and
WHEREAS, a request has been received from the United States Post
Master in the City of Minneapolis to delete these street names and
name these streets WINDEMERE DRIVE and BERNE ROAD, and
WHEREAS, the owner and sub - divider, Rodney Billman, Inc., of
Innsbruck, 5th Addition, apprives of said request of the United Ststes
Post piaster.
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVES, By the City Council of the City of
Fridley that:
1. Windemere Circle West be deleted from the final plat of
Innsbruck, 5th Addition aryl the name of WINDEMERE DRIVE
substituted therefore.
2. Windemere Circle be deleted from the final plat of
Innsbruck, 5th Addition and the name of WINDEMERE DRIVE
be substituted therefore,
3. Windemere Circle East be deleted from the final plat
of Innsbruck, 5th Addition and the name of BERNE ROAD
be substituted therefore.
4- Berne Circle East be deleted from the final plat of
Innsbruck, 5th Addition and the name of BERNE ROAD
substituted therefore.
5. Berne Circle West be deleted from the final plat of
Innsbruck, 5th Addition and the name of BERNE ROAD
substituted therefore.
ADOPTED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF FRIDLEY THIS 7TH DAY OF
SEPTEMBER, 1965.
