RE30LDTION No. 165 -1965
At a regular meeting of the City Council of the City of Fridley
duly held on the 7th day of September, 1965; the following Resolution
was offered by Councilman Sheridan; seconded by Councilman Wright; to -wit:
WHEREAS, the Commissioner of Highways has prepared plans, special
provisions and specifications for the improvement of a part of Trunk Highway
Number 393 renumbered as Trunk Highway Number 694 within the corporate
limits of the City of Fridley from the E. end of Mississippi River Bridge
No. 6440 to E. Anoka County Line; and
WHEREAS, said plans are on file in the office of the Department of
Highways, Saint Paul, Minnesota, being marked, labeled, and identified
6285 -52 (T.H. 694 =393)
as S.P. 0285 -15 (T.H. 694 =393); and
WHEREAS, said special provisions are on file in the office of the
Department of Highways, Saint Paul, Minnesota, being marked, labeled, and
0285 -15 (T.H. 694 =393), 1 694 -5 (36) 223
identified as S.P. 6285 -52 (T.H. 694 -393), Minn. Proj. 1 694 -5 (37) 225,
which, together with the Minnesota Department of Highways Specifications
for Highway Construction, dated January 1, 1964, on file in the office of
the Commissioner of Highways, constitute the specifications for said
improvement of Trunk Highway Number 393 renumbered as Trunk Highway
Number 694; and
WHEREAS, copies of said plans and special provisions as so marked,
labeled and identified are also on file in the office of the City Clerk; and
WHEREAS, the term "said plans and special provisions" as hereinafter
used in the body of this resolution shall be deemed and intended to mean,
refer to, and incorporate the plans and special provisions in the fore-
going recitals particularly identified and described.
NOW, THEN, BE IT RESOLVED that said plans and special provisions for
the improvement of Trunk Highway Number 393 renumbered as Trunk Highway
Number 694 within the limits: of the City of Fridley be and hereby are
approved.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the elevations and grades as shown in
said plans and special provisions be and they are hereby approved and
consent is hereby given to any and all changes in grade occasioned by the
construction of said Trunk Highway. Number 393 renumbered as Trunk Highway
Number 694 in accordance with said plans and special provisions.

Upon the call of the roll the following Councilmen voted in favor of
the Resolution: Mayor Nee, Councilmen Wright, Sheridan, Kirkham, Thompson.
The following Councilmen voted against its adoption: None
whereupon the Mayor and presiding officer declared the Resolution adopted.

RESOLUTION No. 166 -1965
A RESOLUTION DIRECTING PREPARATION OF ASSESSMENT ROLL FOR IMPROVEMENT PROJECT
1965 SERVICE CONNECTIONS
B&1T RESOLVED, By the Council of the City of Fridley, Anoka County,
Minnesota, as follows:
1. It is hereby determined that the assessible cost of construction
with respect to the following named improvement to -wit:
A. The 1965 Sewer and Water Main Laterals and Service
Connections, Schedule A, including all incidental expenses
thereto is estimated at $18,96o.22.
2. The City Manager with the assistance of the City Clerk shall
forthwith calculate the proper amounts to be specially assessed
for said improvement against every assessible lot, piece or
parcel of land benefited by said improvement according to law.
ADOPTED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF FRIDLEY THIS 7TH DAY
OF SEPTEMBER, 1965.
