A RESOLUTION DIRECTING PUBLICATION OF HEARING ON PROPOSED ASSESSMENT
ROLL FOR 1965 SERVICE CONNECTIONS
BE IT RESOLVED, By the Council of the City of Fridley, Anoka
County, Minnesota, as follows:
1. The City Council shall meet at the City Hall in the City of
Fridley, Anoka County, Minnesota on the lath day of October
1965, at 8:00 P.M. to pass upon the proposed assessment for
the following named improvement.
1965 SERVICE CONNECTIONS - SCHEDULE A
2. The City Manager shall publish notices of the time and place
of meetinu in the official newspaper of the City, at least
two (2) weeks prig to such meeting.

DAY OF SEPTEMBER, 1965.

NOTICE OF HEARING OF ASSESSMENT FOR WATER AND SEWER MAIN
LATERALS AND SERVICE CONNECTIONS
Notice is hereby given that the Council of the City of Fridley will
meet at the City Hall in said City of the 4th day of October, 1965, at
8:00 P.M. to hear and pass upon all objections, if any, to the proposed
assessment in respect to the following improvement, to -wit:
1965 WATER AND SEWER MAIN LATERALS AND SERVICE CONNECTIONS
NOT HERETOFORE FURNISHED AND AVAILABLE
The proposed assessment roll for each of said improvements is now on
file and open to public inspection by all persons interested, in the office
of the Clerk of said City.
At said hearing, the Council will consider written or oral objections
to the proposed assessments for each of said improvements.
The general nature of the improvements and each of them is the
construction and furnishing of sewer main laterals and service connections
and water main laterals and service connections in and to the properties
as follows:

The area proposed to be assessed for said improvements and each of them
is all that land benefited by said improvements or each of them and is the same
as those listed above.
Said improvements will be assessed against the properties within the
above noted areas in whole or in part proportionately to each of the lands
therein contained according to the benefits received.
