RESOLUTION NO. 168 =1965
BE IT RESOLVED that the City enter into an agreement with the State
of Minnesota, Department of Highways for the following purposes, to -wit:
to install a traffic control signal on Trunk Highway No. 47
(University Avenue Northeast) at its intersection with 119th
Avenue Northeast in .accordance with the terms and conditions '
set forth and contained in Agreement No. 54806, a copy of
which was before the Council.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Mayor and Clerk be and they hereby
are authorized to execute such agreement, and thereby assume for and on
behalf of the city all of the contractual obligations contained therein.
PASSED AND ADOPTED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF FRIDLEY

RESOLUTION NO. 169 -1965
A RESOLUTION CERTIFYING CHARGES TO THE COUNTY AUDITOR TO BE LEVIED
AGAINST CERTAIN PROPERTIES FOR COLLECTION WITH THE TAXES PAYABLE IN 1966
WHEREAS, a nuisance condition has been found to exist on Lots 16 and
17, Block 9, Hamilton's Addition to Mechanicsville, and
WHEREAS, the owner of such property was given notice to abate such
nuisance, and
WHEREAS, the owner of such property did not abate such nuisance and
the City of Fridley, under authority of Section 145.23 Minnesota State
Statute of 1953 did therefore abate the nuisance at a total cost of $145.00.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the City Clerk is hereby authorized
and directed to certify to the County Auditor for collection with the taxes
payable in 1966, the charges as listed below:
Lots 16 and 17, Block 91 Hamilton's Addition to Mechanicsville
Cleaned up yard and tore down old house $145.00
