RESOLUTION NO. 17 -1965
AUTHORIZING USE OF MHD ENGINEERING SERVICES
BE IT RESOLVED, that pursuant to statutory authority, the
Fridley Municipal Engineer for and on behalf of the Municipality
of Fridley is hereby authorized to request and obtain from the
Minnesota Department of Highways, needed engineering and tech-
nical services dur,'rng the year of 1965; for which payment will
be made by the Municipality upon receipt of verified claims
from the Commissioner of Highways.
PASSED AND ADOPTED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF FRIDIEY
