RESOLUTION NO. 188-;a965
RESOLUTION APPROVING EXECUTION OF AGREEMENT 51803 WITH THE
MINNESOTA HIGHWAY DEPARTMENT
BE IT RESOLVED, that the City enter into an agreement with the
State of Minnesota, Department of Highways for the following purposes,
to -wit:
to provide for payment by the City of Fridley of part of the
cost of a storm sewer system to be constructed by the State
on Trunk Highway No. 67 in accordance with State plans
designated as State Project No. 2726 -27 and 0208 -18 (Agreement
No. 54803)
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that the Mayor and City Manager be and
they hereby are authorized to execute such agreement.
ADOPTED AND PASSED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF FRIDLEY
