A RESOLUTION CERTIFYING CHARGES TO THE COUNTY AUDITOR TO BE LEVIED AGAINST_
CERTAIN PROPERTIES FOR COLLECTION WITH THE TAXES PAYABLE IN 1966
WHEREAS, a nuisance condition has been found to exist on Lot 1, Block 2,
Central View Manor, and
WHEREAS, the owner of such property was given notice to abate such
nuisance, and
whereas, the owner of such property did not abate such nuisance and.
the City of Fridley, under authority of Section 145.23 Minnesota State
Statute of 1953 did therefore abate the nuisance at a total cost of
$145.00.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the City Clerk is hereby
authorized and directed.to certify to the County Auditor for collection with
the taxes payable in 1966, the charges as listed below:
Lot 1, Block 2, Central View Manor
Remove old house and old sheds: $145.00
PASSED AND ADOPTED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF FRIDLEY THIS
8TH DAY OF NOVEMBER, 1965.
