RESOLUTION NO. 196 -1965
A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING AND DIRECTING THE SPLITTING OF SPECIAL ASSESSMENTS
ON LOT 8, PARCELS 1710 AND 1750, AUDITOR'S SUB. #25
WHEREAS, certain special assessments have been levied with respect`to
certain land and said land has subsequently been subdivided.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, as follows;
That the assessment levied against the following described parcels,
to -wit: Lot 8, Parcels 1710 and 1750, Auditor's Sub. #25, may and shall
be apportioned and divided as follows:
