A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING AND DIRECTING THE SPLITTING OF SPECIAL ASSESSMENTS
ON PARCEL 9300, SECTION 9624, SZ OF SE4 LYING SO. OF HY. 96100 (EX. W 11001),
SECTION 9624, PARCEL 10, SECTION 9625, OUTLOT 1, INNSBRUCK, 2ND ADDITION AND
OUTLOT 2, INNSBRUCK, 2ND ADDITION.
WHEREAS, certain special assessments have been levied with respect to
' certain land and said land has subsequently been subdivided.
NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, as follows:
That the levied against the following described parcels, to -wit:
Parcel 9300, Section 9624, S2 of SE4 lying So, of Hy. 96100 (Ex. W 1100'),
Section 9624, Parcel 10, Section 9625, Outlot 1, Innsbruck, 2nd Addition,
