RESOLUTION.NO. 196 -1965
A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE MANAGER AND MAYOR TO EXECUTE IN BEHALF
OF THE CITY OF FRIDLEY A COOPERATIVE AGREEMENT WITH THE CITY OF
BLAINE AND CONCERNING ANOKA COUNTY DITCH 017
WHEREAS, the City of Blaine has prepared a proposed cooperative agree-
ment concerning the use and maintenance of Anoka County Ditch #17,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED:
1. That it is to the best interests of the City of Fridley to enter into
the said agreement-with the City of Blaine.
2. That the Mayor and Manager be directed and authorized to execute said
agreement in behalf of the City of Fridley.

RESOLUTION NO. 199 -1965
A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR AND MANAGER OF THE CITY OF FRIDIEY TO ENTER
INTO A WRITTEN AGRMTNT OR AGREEMENTS WITH THE CITY OF COLUMPIA HEIGHTS AND
STATE OF MINNESOTA AND CONCERNING THE STORM SEWER SYSTEM ACROSS TRUNK HIGHWAY
#117 AND THE 115TH AVENUE OUT -FALL OF SAID STORM SEWER.
WHEREAS, the administrative staff of the City of Fridley, together with the
City of Columbia Heights have prepared a written agreement, together with an escrow
agreement, concerning the expenditure, construction, and maintenance of the storm
sewer project running from Columbia Heights through the City of Fridley, across
Trunk highway #117, and utilizing an out -fall on 115th Avenue;
AND WHEREAS, the State of Minnesota has prepared a cooperative agreement
between the State a9d the City of Fridley concerning said storm sewer line;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that!the City of Fridley enter into said
agreement and escrow agreement with the City of Columbia Heights and involving
the construction, financing and maintenance and repair of the storm sewer project
used by the two cities and running across Trunk Highway #47 to the 115th Avenue
out -fall. And that the City of Fridley shall enter into the cooperative agree-
ment with the State of Minnesota concerning said project;
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Mayor and Manager,be and hereby are,
directed and authorized to execute said agreements in hehalf of the City.
