A RESOLUTICV AUTHORIZING THE EXECUTION OF THE EASEMENT AGREE-
MENT AND THE PERMIT AGREEMENT IN CONNECTION WITH THE RIGHT TO
ACQUIRE AN EASEMENT AND PERMIT FOR THE CONSTRUCTION OF STORM
SEWER PROJECT #12 INTO AND THROUGH THE GROUNDS OF THE MINNEAPOLIS,
ANOKA AND CUYUNA RANGE RAILWAY COMPANY AND THE FMC CORPORATION.
WHEREAS, THE CITY COUNCIL has heretofore let a contract for the
construction of Storci Sewer #12 on and across property of Minneapolis,
Anoka and Cuyuna Range Railway Company and the FMC Corporation, and
WHEREAS, it is necessary to acquire the right and permission to
cross the lands of said corporation,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, by the City Council of the City of
Fridley, Minnesota, that the mayor and manager of said city be authorized
and directed to execute the proposed Easement Agreement and Permit Agree-
ment t4 th the Minneapolis, Anoka and Cuyuna Range Railway Company and with
the FMC Corporation, all in connection with Storm Sewer Project ##12.
ADOPTED THIS 13TH DAY OF DECEMBER, 1965.
