A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING AND DIRECTING THE SPLITTING OF SPECIAL
AS ES =TS ON PARCEL 1145, TH. PT. OF TAT 20 WHICH LIES N. OF S. 178,
OF SAID LOT 20. (EX. W'LY 20f OF TH. PT. OF SAID LOT 20 ABOVE DESC.),
AUDITOR'S SUB. #92.
WHEREAS, certain special assessments have been levied with respect to
certain land and said land has subsequently been subdivided.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, as follows:
That the assessment levied against the following described parcels, to -wit:

said Lot 20, & which lies S. of N. 7421 of said Lot 20, ex. the Wily 20,
