RESOLUTION NO. 217-1965
A RESOLUTION AMENDING RESOLUTION NO. 158 -1963 ENTITLED: "ESTABLISHING
WORKING CONDITIONS, WAGES AND HOURS FOR EMPLOYEES EMPLOYED BY THE MUNIVIPAL
LIQUOR STORE (OFF- SALE) ".
WHEREAS, the resolution adopted by the City Council on the 21st day of
October, 1963, and known as Resolution No. 158 -1963 concerning establishing
working conditions, wages and hours for employees employed by the Municipal
Liquor Store (off-Sale), is in need of amendment and extension from the
termination date provided for presently in Article XIV of said resolution.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, by the City Council that Resolution
No. 158 -1963 establishing working conditions, wages and hours for employees
employed by the Municipal Liquor Store (Off -Sale) be hereby amended as
follows, to -wit:
ARTICLE XII
RATES CF PAY
Section 1s January 1, 19666
44 hours
Clerk $2.22 /hour
Clerk & Stockman $2.22 /hour
Stockman $2.08 /hour
New Off -Sale Clerks will start at $2.00 per hour for six (6) months.
ARTICLE XIV I
This resolutionrshall be effective as of January 11 1966, and shall
remain in full force and effect until December 31, 1966, and shall remain
in full force and effect from year to year thereafter unless written notice
is given by either party sixty (60) days prior to December 31, 1966, or in
any year thereafter.
PASSED AND ADOPTED THIS 20TH DAY OF DECEMBER, 1965, BY THE CITY
COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF FRIDLEY.
