A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING AND DIRECTING THE SPLITTING OF SPECIAL
ASSESSMENTS ON THE N. 150' OF W. 217' OF LOT 8, AUDITOR'S SUB. 4692.
WHEREAS, centain special assessments have been levied with respect
to certain land and said land has subsequently been subdivided.
NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, as follows:
That the assessments levied against the following described
parcels, to -wit: The N. 150' of W. 217' of Lot 8, Parcel 620, Auditor's
Sub. #92, may and shall be apportioned and divided as follows:
