RESOLUTION NO. 26 -1965
A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING AND DIRECTING THE SPLITTING OF CERTAIN SPECIAL
ASSESSMENTS ON PARCELS 980, 1160, 1400 AND 1440, AUDITOR'S SUB. #22.
WHEREAS, certain special assessments have been levied with respect to
certain land and said land has subsequently been subdivided.
NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, as follows:
That the assessment levied against the following described parcels,
to -wit: Parcels 980, 1160, 1400 and 1440, Auditor's Sub. 9122, may and
shall be apportioned and divided as follows:
