A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING AND DIRECTING THE COMBINING OF CERTAIN
SPECIAL ASSESSMENTS ON PARCELS 450 & 500, LOTS 10 & 11, BLOCK 1,
ERCO'S 1ST ADDITION.
WHEREAS, certain special assessments have been levied with respect
to certain land and said land has subsequently been combined.
NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, as follows:
That the assessment levied against the following described parcels,
to -wit: Parcels 450 & 500, Lots 10 & 11, Block 1, Erco's 1st Addition, may
and shall be apportioned and combined as follows:
