A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING AND DIRECTING THE SPLITTING OF CERTAIN SPECIAL
ASSESSMENTS ON PARCELS 80 & 105, REARR. OF LOTS 1,2,3, BLOCK 1 & LOTS
1,2,3, BLOCK 4, RICE CREEK TERRACE, PLAT 2 AND PARCELS 85 & 100 REARR.
OF LOTS 1,2,3, BLOCK 1 & LOTS 1,2,3, BLOCK 4, RICE CREEK TERRACE, PLAT 2.
WHEREAS, certain special assessments have been levied with respect to
certain land and said land has subsequently been subdivided.
NOW,
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, as follows:
That
the assessment levied against the following
