RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE CITY OF FRIDLEY TO ENTER INTO AN AGREEMENT
WITH THE STATE OF MINNESOTA, DEPARTMENT OF HIGHWAYS FOR THE PURPOSE OF
INSTALLING A TRAFFIC CONTROL SIGNAL
BE IT RESOLVED that the City enter into an agreement with the
State of Minnesota, Department of Highways for the following purposes,
to -wit:
To install a traffic control signal on Trunk Highway No. 65
at its intersection with C.S.A.H. No. 35 (Central Avenue) in
accordance with the terms and conditions set forth and contained
in Agreement No. 54432, a copy of which was before the Council.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Mayor and City Manager be and
they hereby are authorized to execute such agreement, and thereby assume
for and on behalf of the City all of the contractual obligations contained
therein.
PASSED AND ADOPTED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF FRIDLEY
