RESOLUTION NO. 53 -1965
RESOLUTION DIRECTING PUBLICATION OF HEARING ON PROPOSED ASSESSMENT ROLL
FOR STREET IMPRCVENENT PROJECT NO. 1963-2
WHEREAS, by a resolution passed by the City Council on April 5,
1965, the City Clerk was directed to prepare a proposed assessment of
the cost of
STREET IMPROVEMENT PROJECT NO. 1963 -2
AND WHEREAS, the Clerk has notified the cc;uncil that such pro-
posed assessment roll has been completed and filed in his office for
public inspection.
NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, By the City Council of the City
of Fridley, Anoka County, Minnesota, as follows:
1. The City Council shall meet at the City Hall in the City of
Fridley, Anoka. County, Minnesota, on the 3rd day of May,
1965, at 8:00 o'clock P.M., to pass upon the proposed
assessment for the following naned improvement:
STREET IMPROVEMENT PROJECT NO. 1963 -2
2. The City Manager shall publish notices of the time and place
of the meeting in the official newspaper of the City, at
least two (2) weeks prior to such meeting.
ADOPTED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF FRIDLEY THIS 5TH DAY
OF APRIL, 1965.

NOTICE OF HEARING OF 4SSESSMENT FOR STREET IMPROVEMENT PROJECT NO. 1963 -2
Notice is hereby given that the Council of the City of Fridley
shall meet at the City Hall in said City on the 3rd da,1, of May, 1965, at
5:00 o'clock P.M., to hear and pass upon all objections, if any, to
the proposed assessments in respect to the following improvement, to -wit:
STREET IMPROVEMENT PROJECT NO. 1963 -2
The proposed assessment roll for each of said improvements is now
on file and open to public inspection by all persons interested, in the
office of the Clerk of said City.
At said hearing the Council will consider written or oral objections
to the proposed assessments for each of said improvements.
The general nature of the improvements ar d each of them is the con-
struction of concrete curb and gutter in the lands and streets designated
as follows:
1. Central Avenue
Mississippi Street to Osborne Road
The area proposed to be assessed for said improvements and each of
them is all that land benefited by said improvements or each of them and
lying within the general area of the above noted streets.
Said improvements will be assessed against the properties within
the above noted areas in whole or in part nroportiona.tely to each of the
lands therein contained according to the benefits received.
