A RESOLUTION ABATING A PORTION OF THE SPECIAL ASSESSMENTS
ON LGT 29, BRCCKVIEW ADDITION
WHEREAS, certain inequities appear to exist on the assessment
of water and sewer lateral charges on Lot 29, Brookview Addition, End
'ATHFREAS, it is the intention of the Council to reduce the
assessment for water lateral assessment on Lot 29, ?rookview Addition.
NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESCLVED, That the assessment for 1963
Service Connection adoo *,ed in October, 1963, he reduced to 4;300.00.
ADOPTED 3Y THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF FRIDIEY THIS 19TH
DAY OF APRIL, 1965.
