A RESOLUTION EXPRESSING THE WILLINGNESS OF THE CITY.W .PARTICI-
PATE IN THE COUNTY DITCH NO. 2 PROJECT IN A COOPERATIVE APPROACH
WITH OTHER AGENCIES WITH THE WATERSHED
WHEREAS, the State of Minnesota, Department of Highways, proposes
to make certain improvements on County Ditch No. 2 and portions of the
City of Fridley are within the watershed area of this ditch or its tri-
butaries.
BE IT RESOLVED, by the City Council of the City of Fridley that
- the City is willing to participate in the County Ditch No. 2 project .
in a cooperative approach with other agencies within the watershed.
