A RESOLUTION ESTABLISHING MUNICIPAL STATE AID STREETS
WHEREAS, it appears to the City Council of the City of Fridley that
the streets hereinafter described should be designated the Municipal
State Aid Streets under the provisions of the Minnesota Laws of 1959,
Chapter 500:
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, by the City Council of the City of
Fridley, County of Anoka, that the streets described as follows, to -wit:
MUNICIPAL STATE AID STREET NO. 321 - Hathaway Lane from County Road
No. 35 (Old Central Avenue) .to
State Aid Street No. 313
(Matterhorn Drive)
MUNICIPAL STATE AID STREET NO. 322 - Able Street from State Aid No. 302
(West Moore Lake Drive) to County
Road No. 6 (Mississippi Street)
MUNICIPAL STATE AID STREET NO. 323 - 7th Street from County Road No. 6
(Mississippi Street) to State Aid
Street No. 316 (67th Avenue)
be, and hereby are established, located and designated the Munici-
pal State Aid Streets of said City, subject to the approval of the Com-
missioner of Highways of the State of Minnesota.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that the City Clerk is hereby authorized
' and directed to forward two certified copies of this resolution to the
Commissioner of Highways for his consideration, and that upon his approval
of the designation of said streets or portion thereof, that the same be
constructed, improved and maintained as the Municipal State Aid Streets
of the City of Fridley, to be numbered and known as Municipal State Aid
Streets 321, 322, 323 respectively.
