RESOLUTION N0. 91 -1965
A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR AND CITY MANAGER TO SIGN
AGREEMENT NO. 54649 (TRAFFIC CONTROL SIGNALS - T.H. 447),
BE IT RESOLVED that the City enter into an agreement with the State
of.Minnesota, Department of Highways for the following purposes, to -wit;
To install traffic control signals on Trunk Highway No. 47
at-its intersection:with.County State -Aid Highway No. 6
(Mississippi Street) and at its intersection with 61st
Avenue Northeast in accordance with the terms and conditions
- set forth and contained in Agreement 54649, a copy of which
was before the Council.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVE _.
D that the Mayor and Manager be�and theyahexe-
by are authorized to execute such agreement, and thereby assume for and
on behalf of the City all of the contractual obligations contained there-
in.
